PSD Talk is series of seminars organized to create a forum for PSD’s management team to exchange ideas with special guests coming from Vietnamese as well as global ICT community.
The 1st talk was successfully conducted thanks to Microsoft representatives with the topic of Diversity and Inclusion. For the 2nd talk, Ms. Siau Yen Yen – General Manager, APJ Distribution (Stock and Sell) of Dell Global (Singapore Branch) had interesting shares on topic of “Leading Change”.
In the context of AI technology increasingly impacting many aspects of life, “changing” to keep up with technological advances is a challenge that businesses must face if they do not want to be left behind. Ms. Siau Yen Yen, with over 20 years of experience working at Dell Technologies and managing the brand’s business operations in more than 30 countries within the Asia Pacific region, brought new and global perspectives on the urgency of change in each individual and enterprises’ inner along with preserving and developing organizational culture.
With true stories, big decisions made to continuously change herself, search for a better version in both personal and professional life, Ms. Yen Yen has inspired the PSD core team, opened the door to new way of thinking, which also become the premise for PSD talk number 03.
