In April 2015, after holding many key management positions, Mr. Duong was appointed as the CEO of PETROSETCO. From 2017 to 2020, he was assigned the position of Chairman of PSD Board of Directors. Mr.
Duong proudly received Prime Minister's certificate of merit in 2013, the Ministry of Industry and Trade's certificate of merit in 2009 and 2010, and the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group's certificate of merit from 2007 to 2015, among many other accolades from PETROSETCO. In particular, he was awarded the Second Class Labor Medal in 2015 and the Third Class Labor Medal in 2008.

Mr. Nguyen Manh Lan has worked and contributed at PSD since 2010, holding various positions such as IT Business Deputy Director, North Head of Sales, and was appointed as the PSD Vice Director since April 2015, responsible for the IT distribution and managing the Hanoi branch in the Northern region.

Bachelor of Economics
Mr. Phan Hai Au joined PETROSETCO in 2011 and has over 10 years of experience working at PSD and its subsidiary companies. During the period 2012-2016, he held the position of Vice Director of Finance and Accounting at PSD Company. In 2017-2018, he was appointed as Vice Director and Chief Accountant of Binh Minh, a subsidiary of PSD. In April 2019, he was appointed as Director of Finance and Accounting and Chief Accountant of PSD. In April 2022, he holds the position of PSD Vice Director responsible for the Finance sector.

Holds a Chief Accountant certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance in March 2015. In April 2021, Ms. Nhu assumed the position of Bank Accounting Specialist at PetroVietnam General Service Joint Stock Corporation (Petrosetco). From May 2021 to present, she was appointed as Deputy Director of Accounting at Petrosetco. April 2019, Ms. Nhu was appointed as a member of the PSD Audit Committee.

Mr. Son Chi Tan has continuously worked in the oil and gas industry since 2007. June 2010: He was appointed as the Head of the Legal Affairs Department under the Organization and Administration Division of the General Company. He held the position of Deputy Head of the Organization and Administration Division in charge of Legal Affairs of the General Company in 2018 and in November 2021, he was appointed as the Head of the Legal Affairs Department of the PetroVietnam General Service Joint Stock Corporation. In April 2022, he was appointed as a member of PSD Board of Supervisors.
