Job description:
1. Business planning and execution
– Building and executing plans of sell-in, sell-thru of the brands in charge of, managing relationship and policies with partners align with company’s strategy
– Managing the team to achieve target (sales revenue, gross margin) assigned
– Set suitable scheme for product prices
– Create and manage marketing, promotion programs to push sales
2. Manage and develop customers, sales channels
– Building and developing the channel, especially to establish deep relationship with partners and SI to enhance the impact of PSD to end-user
– Expanding market share
3. Building and developing the sales team
Job Requirements:
– Fluently in English (able to work and communicate in English with foreign partners)
– Have at least 3 year-experience of sales in commercial channel. Directory ICT sales-experiences are prioritized
– Proficient in using the products of the Microsoft ecosystem (PowerPoint, Excel…) to present and process figures, data when needed
– Have a good relationship with SI Agents in Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh and other provinces
– Ready for business traveling
Working hours: From 8:30 am to 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday, and from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm on Saturday mornings
Salary and Income: 15-27 million, income based on KPI from 35-65 million/month (excluding other allowances)
