In April 2015, after holding several key management positions, Mr. Vu Tien Duong was appointed General Director of PETROSETCO. In 2017, he was concurrently assigned the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors of PSD. He has received numerous honors, including the Prime Minister’s Certificate of Merit in 2013, Certificates of Merit from the Ministry of Industry and Trade in 2009 and 2010, and multiple awards from the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group between 2007 and 2015, as well as many other accolades from PETROSETCO Corporation. Notably, he was awarded the Second-Class Labor Medal in 2015 and the Third-Class Labor Medal in 2008.As of April 2025, he has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of PSD, cum Legal Representative of the Company.

Bachelor's Degree in Economics
Mr. Phan Hai Au joined PETROSETCO in 2011 and has over 10 years of experience working at PSD and its subsidiaries. From 2012 to 2016, he held the position of Deputy Head of the Finance and Accounting Department at PSD. In 2017–2018, he was appointed Vice Director cum Chief Accountant of Binh Minh Company, currently a subsidiary of PSD. In April 2019, he was appointed Head of the Finance and Accounting Department cum Chief Accountant of PSD. In April 2022, he took on the role of Vice Director of PSD in charge of Finance. As of April 2025, he holds the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PSD

Graduated from Ton Duc Thang University with a major in credit finance.
Holds a Chief Accountant certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance in March 2015. In April 2021, Ms. Nhu assumed the position of Bank Accounting Specialist at PetroVietnam General Service Joint Stock Corporation (Petrosetco). From May 2021 to present, she was appointed as Deputy Director of Accounting at Petrosetco. April 2019, Ms. Nhu was appointed as a member of the PSD Audit Committee.

Mr. Son Chi Tan has continuously worked in the oil and gas industry since 2007. June 2010: He was appointed as the Head of the Legal Affairs Department under the Organization and Administration Division of the General Company. He held the position of Deputy Head of the Organization and Administration Division in charge of Legal Affairs of the General Company in 2018 and in November 2021, he was appointed as the Head of the Legal Affairs Department of the PetroVietnam General Service Joint Stock Corporation. In April 2022, he was appointed as a member of PSD Board of Supervisors.
